8. AI Features Disclaimer

EstateIcons includes AI-powered tools. You understand and agree that:

AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.
We are not liable for damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous, reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.We may suspend or modify the Services for maintenance or upgrades.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

EstateIcons will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EstateIcons harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws.
Disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Florida.
